An **Algorithm** is an unambiguous, finite set of step-by-step instructions designed to accomplish a specific task. #### Example: Preparing Nigerian Jollof Rice 1. Wash rice with clean water. 2. Blend tomatoes, peppers, and onions. 3. Fry tomato paste in vegetable oil. 4. Add meat stock, seasonings, and parboiled rice. 5. Cover tightly and simmer until cooked! If step 3 is skipped, the dish fails! Algorithms must be sequential and precise!
